Mapdesk app recovers from a failed start
If the Mapdesk app fails to start, it now shows an error screen and reloads by itself instead of staying on a black screen.

People who already had a Stiple account could hit an error the first time they signed in. Epoch now matches the existing account by email and signs them in.
Stiple has a redrawn logo with a bolder mark. It now appears across Epoch, the 3D viewer and the Mapdesk app, including the app icon and launch screen on iOS and Android.
You can now tap an NFC tag on a base or rover to connect in the Mapdesk app. A base tag sets the NTRIP mountpoint; a rover tag finds the rover by name and connects to it.
If your base is set up on an unknown point, you can now measure one known control point with the rover and calibrate the base from the Mapdesk app. Every rover on that base then reports georeferenced coordinates.
In the Mapdesk app you can now tap the map to choose what to stake out. A magnifier shows the point under your thumb, and where points overlap you choose the one you meant.
The stake-out banner in the Mapdesk app now guides you with left, right, forward and back arrows instead of north and east offsets, and shows your horizontal accuracy.
You can now select a feature in the Mapdesk app and stake it out. A banner on the map shows the distance and bearing to the target as you move.
On iPhone, the rover connection and GPS now keep running when the Mapdesk app is in the background or the screen is locked, so the session is still live when you come back.
You can now press and hold a layer in the Mapdesk app and drag it to change the draw order on the map, with haptic feedback as you move it.
